Sapphire RX Shipping Policy
All Sapphire RX prescriptions and wellness products are shipped directly from our licensed U.S. pharmacy partners.
Orders received by 3:00 PM EST are typically fulfilled within one business day after provider approval. All prescriptions are shipped via two-day shipping, and delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier volume and destination.
Shipping Rates:
• Cold-chain shipments: $23 (items requiring refrigeration such as injectable GLP-1 medications or certain wellness supplements).
• Dry prescriptions: $10 (non-refrigerated medications or supplements).
If your order includes both cold-chain and dry prescriptions, two separate shipping charges may apply since these items must be shipped separately to maintain product integrity.
Shipping charges are subject to change based on carrier rates.
Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
We currently ship only within the United States.
