By using our services, you consent to receive care remotely via telehealth. All communication is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant. Providers may refer you for in-person care if necessary.
Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. All prescriptions require provider review and are issued only if medically appropriate. You must provide accurate health information and agree not to share, resell, or misuse prescribed medications.
Sapphire RX does not guarantee outcomes, including weight loss or health improvements. Results vary by individual.
By using our services, you agree to our Refund Policy. Prescription and telehealth services are non-refundable once processed. Subscription services may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

You agree not to submit false medical information, attempt to access services for others, disrupt the platform, or violate these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sapphire RX’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, or indirect damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. All disputes must be brought in Davidson County, Tennessee.
All non-medical disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Davidson County, TN. You waive the right to jury trial and class action claims. Medical malpractice disputes may be handled through state court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
