Sapphire RX is a technology platform that facilitates access to licensed medical providers through MD Integrations (MDI). All medical decisions, including prescriptions, are made solely by those independent providers. Sapphire RX does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or make treatment decisions.
We facilitate access to: - FDA-approved GLP-1 medications (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®) - Compounded versions of semaglutide and tirzepatide made by licensed compounding pharmacies - Additional offerings including oral GLP-1s, NAD+ supplements, and prescription hair treatments. Medications are only prescribed after a licensed provider reviews your case. Individual results may vary. No outcomes are guaranteed.
Medical Advice SAPPHIRE RX IS NOT FOR EMERGENCIES. Call 911 for chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, or life-threatening conditions. For non-emergency messages, allow 24–72 hours for a response.
You must provide complete and truthful health information. Submitting false or incomplete information may result in denial of care and termination of services.
We comply with HIPAA and maintain safeguards to protect your personal and health information. Do not share PHI via unsecured platforms like email or chat. All communications should occur through our secure, encrypted portal.
Sapphire RX complies with all applicable laws and is LegitScript certified to ensure transparency, patient safety, and legal compliance for telehealth services.
Patients have the right to use the pharmacy of their choice. If a patient prefers not to use Sapphire RX’s partner pharmacy, they may request that their prescription be sent to an alternative licensed pharmacy.
Patients may not submit a claim for telemedicine visits or services provided through Sapphire RX to Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal health care program, state program, or private payer.
Sapphire RX is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. All clinical care is provided by independent, licensed professionals through MD Integrations. They are solely responsible for treatment outcomes, prescription decisions, and ongoing care. Sapphire RX is not liable for provider performance, treatment results, or medication reactions.
SAPPHIRE RX’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. We disclaim responsibility for provider decisions, communication delays, platform outages, or treatment outcomes. This does not limit liability where prohibited by law (e.g., death or personal injury due to gross negligence).
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Legal proceedings must be filed in Davidson County, TN.
All disputes related to Sapphire RX services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Davidson County, Tennessee. You waive jury trial and class action rights. Claims must be brought individually. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing info@getsapphirerx.com.
