1. Prescription and Telehealth Services Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of our services, all telehealth consultations, provider reviews, and prescription
services are final and non-refundable once your intake has been reviewed or a prescription has been
issued. This includes: - Time spent by licensed providers - GLP-1 prescriptions (semaglutide,
tirzepatide, oral GLP-1s) - Other medications (e.g., NAD+, hair formulas) - Pharmacy processing and
fulfillment


2. Medication Orders Are Final
All prescriptions are custom-processed by licensed pharmacy partners and cannot be returned,
exchanged, or refunded once fulfillment begins. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please
email info@getsapphirerx.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the pharmacy to resolve
any issues on your behalf.


3. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate transaction, contact us at
info@getsapphirerx.com. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.


4. Subscription Cancellations (If applicable)

If your treatment plan includes automatic shipments or billing, you may cancel your subscription before
your next billing date to avoid being charged. Charges for already-processed or shipped prescriptions
are non-refundable.


5. Affiliate Sales
Products purchased via affiliate links are subject to this same refund policy. Affiliates are not authorized
to make guarantees or offer refunds on behalf of Sapphire RX.
